The following article based on the implementation of the term, named: “Sauqul-Maloom Masaqa Ghairihi”, on Ahadeth-e-Bukhari, this term is related to the one of the three rhetorical sciences, known as Ilm-ul-Badie.
Ancient and modern books on rhetoric sciences, circulate its name as: "Ignoring the knower" (تجاهل العارف), or "Mixing doubt with certainty" (مزج الشك باليقين), except that whoever saw examples of this rule in the Holy Quran and the Sunnah, prefered to name it “Sauqul-Maloom Masaqa Ghairihi”, such as Al-Sakaki, the first reknowned Imam who changed this title, and whoever came after him, looking as a discipline for the Qur’anic examples and hadith evidences.
There are many examples of “Sauqul-Maloom Masaqa Ghairihi” in Ahadith. The researcher in this article, will focus Ahadith-e-Sahih Bukhari to implement on. No doubt, because of its importance, the researchers should turn their attention to it, and extract these examples from the hadith books, so that they serve the prophetic rhetoric. Especially in the Sahih al-Bukhari. Ahadith-e-Bukhari are full of evidence of this rule, and we should extract these evidences helping from authentic explanations of Bukhari, and present them to the people, so that they become familiar with the prophetic eloquence, and recognize it.
